How to Make a Return

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return your item. We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order, allowing you to return it for any reason. After this 30-day period expires, we can no longer accept returns.

To start the return process, please email us first at support@valerohome.co.uk. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Before sending the items back, please ensure they are in their original, unused condition (e.g., unwashed and with all tags attached). We recommend using a reliable, tracked courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. While you are responsible for the return shipping costs, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect it. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for this process to be completed. As a reminder, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you've changed your mind and would like a different item, we're happy to help. Please contact us at support@valerohome.co.uk with the details of the item you'd like to exchange for, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@valerohome.co.uk. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a cancellation if the order has already been processed for dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to make it right. Please take a photo of the issue and email it to us at support@valerohome.co.uk. We will ensure the problem is resolved swiftly by sending you a replacement or the correct item.
